Today I would like to feature Mike and Vanessa Rozo. They are from San Luis Obispo, California, and have been with N-Hance for 7.5 years. They enjoy living in California because of its beauty, diversity and the weather.
Vanessa is the office manager and she runs every facet of the CSR office job. From answering the call live, to booking jobs and making follow calls or emails. She is the back bone of the business and one of the most important first impression’s that the customer gets. Her follow up is second to none!
Mike began refinishing before N-Hance with his father and brother. His favorite cabinets and floors to renew are oak. He enjoys how easy they are to work with and how well they turn out. Mike often sends us before and after pictures and we love to see how he restores hammered floors and cabinets. Here are some pictures of a floor he just refinished. The transformation is just amazing!
Most people think floors like this are ruined. This is a great example of what N-Hance and a great technician can do for your floors!
