I had high hopes for my cabinetry project, but unfortunately, the process took much longer than originally anticipated. However, I must say that the finished product did look good.My main issue is with the quality of the product. After installation, I noticed some flaws and imperfections that were not present during the initial inspection. I reached out to the company multiple times to address these issues, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.It has been over a year I have been reaching out, and I am still trying to get them to come back and fix the issues. It is extremely frustrating to have spent a significant amount of money on a product that is not up to par and to not receive any assistance or resolution from the company.I would caution others to thoroughly inspect the product before installation and to be prepared for potential delays and lack of customer service.
John and Kate did an excellent job of transforming our faded yellowing teak dining room furniture to a dark stain finish making it look like new and modern .We get compliments on the furniture from everyone.John was very professional and pays close attention to details in finishing.We highly recommend anyone wanting to refinish furniture to John and Kate.
Amazing transformation of our kitchen. John and Kate did an excellent job bringing new life to a well used space. Highly recommend you talk to them before making a decision to remodel or change your kitchen. Professional and caring contractors.
I cannot comment on the quality of their work as I never got to that point. But wanted to comment on the "lack" of professionalism I experienced. I contacted them to provide a quote to paint my kitchen cupboards. We set up a date and time. There was a no show and something about me cancelling the meeting, which never happened. So I set up another date and time to get a quote. Kate showed up. We discussed options (theirs) anything I suggested was dismissed and Kate advised she would forward the quote. Days later I noted that one of their sample panels was left at my home, so contacted Kate to advise and asked about my quote. She noted the quote would be sent the next day and arrangement will be made to pu the panel. I noted I could drop it off if they were local. All I got was a NO. Now over a week no quote, panel is still here and I realized that the whole process with NHance was a waste of my time that could have been better spent speaking to another cabinet refinisher.
John and Kate were great to work with. Between Kates design ideas and Johns professionalism the job turned out amazing and on time.

The finished product was excellent, good quality Maple doors with all hinges replaced with soft close, new valance, new crown moulding and new hardware. The entire process took a little longer than we would of liked but we are in a new Covid world so everything takes longer so not to worry. John was excellent on site and ensured everything was to our satisfaction even though it meant a few more visits to ensure it was right. I appreciated the commitment to ensuring we were completely satisfied and we are. We would recommend NHance Burlington to rejuvenate your kitchen.
I can not recommend this team more. My kitchen was from the 70's. I work in the food industry and needed a "quick fix" to brighten the kitchen - with plans to do a full renovation in a couple years. Sherwin Williams recommended a few companies, one of which was NHance in Burlington. From the moment I called them, they were incredibly responsive. Kate went out of her way to help get me in during a busy time. She was so helpful in selecting the paint colour and made a recommendation to a slightly different colour that would have more depth. She brought over several samples of hardware and we sat together for over an hour as we planned what the space would look like. John and his team produce amazing work. They were fantastic. My cabinet doors were old and a bit beaten up, but since they're made of real wood - it felt wasteful to get rid of them. They restored them and the finished product looks like brand new cabinets. I can't stress enough the quality of the paint. It isn't a "paint job" - it's a factory finish. They were meticulous in their work and even helped make my "make-shift" island straight and solid. I've decided against a full renovation because the kitchen feels brand new. Aside from the work, they are some of the nicest people you'll meet. I can't recommend them enough.
Recently had Johnny and his team renew our kitchen. Couldn’t be happier! They were very professional and did an amazing job! My husband is a bit of a perfectionist and Definitely met up to his expectations! I would highly recommend using them.
We contacted John to refinish our kitchen cabinets being recommended by our local Sherwin Williams store. John did a fantastic job converting our yellowing stained maple cabinets to a pearl white. You cannot tell that the cabinets were painted, they look new! John was very accommodating providing us samples of refinished cabinet doors from his inventory to help us decide on a colour, and advice along the way. He also refinished both new crowns and valances that we added to the cabinets at no extra cost.All in all our experience was very positive and we would recommend John to others who are considering refinishing their kitchen cabinets. We have had numerous compliments on our new kitchen cabinets and the professionalism of John's work.Otilia & Lorenzo
