Kevin and Lorie Dupee purchased their first franchise in January 2007. In 2011 they expanded and added a second franchise. They currently have two highly trained technicians working for them. The technicians do the bulk of the hands-on work, with Kevin’s supervision and help as needed. As the owners, they work together on marketing and managing the business. Lorie does most of the estimating and administrative work.
Before joining N-Hance, they had other careers that helped prepare them for this business. Kevin was in customer service, sales, and warehouse management. Lorie was in office administration and had prior sales experience as well. In addition to her job experience, she majored in business during college.
This fall Kevin and Lorie refinished and donated a number of hand crafted wood bowls and jewelry boxes to a local animal shelter for a silent auction fundraiser. These items were made by Lorie’s late father. He was an animal lover so they thought it would be a great way to help animals in need.
Kevin and Lorie’s favorite surface to refinish is cabinets.
