We had old, orange oak cabinets. They were sturdy cabinets, but very dated. We opted to keep the cabinets instead of replacing them with something that would be less durable. They did the entire job, getting the new doors and panels, prepping, and painting. We also had them paint our old oak stair railing and handrails. We are very impressed with the quality of the work by NANCE. I was skeptical but they did an amazing job. We were going to replace our kitchen cabinets but thought we would give them a try first. We have over 50 linear feet of cabinetry so we thought we would give them a shot as opposed to spending $40 or 50k. In addition no company would replace the cabinets without the countertops as well (they were brand new quartz). They made our cabinets look brand new and the paint they used is hard and doesn't scratch easily. Work was done 7 months ago and so we have enough history to make this review confidently.

We had our master bathroom cabinets painted. The cabinets were white and we had them painted black. We have lived in our home for 32 years and what a difference it made. Evan and John, who made the transformation of the cabinets were incredible. The most polite, skilled, and friendly individuals to work with. We had an amazing experience with Denise and Bryce, our local N-Hance franchise owners. They were very responsive and available to answer questions throughout the process. They refinished our original 2007 oak kitchen cabinets with the color of our choice, based on a paint swatch. A perfect match! The entire process took about a week. Bryce also replaced our backsplash and added under-cabinet lighting. They also replaced all of the hardware and fixed a few of our problem drawers and hinges; and added a few pullouts to improve our storage space. We have a new kitchen, reasonably priced and with little disruption to our schedule. It's fabulous! We loved our experience so much, we're hiring Bryce for a bathroom remodel project as well.

Their team did a phenomenal job. Mark was great to work with throughout the project from quote until completion. Their team did a great job on the cabinets and were very respectful of our time and our home. I would easily recommend them to others. We were unhappy with the quality of our kitchen cupboards and drawers. We had NHance replace all of our kitchen drawers and cabinet doors and paint the existing cabinet boxes to match the new doors. First of all, we commend them for their integrity. During the process they noticed an issue which would never be apparent to us. We recently had an incredible experience working with Stephen of N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Franklin, TN. We had a nice set of cabinets roughed up a little, and we wanted to change the color to complement our new countertops. Replacing the cabinets was going to be way too expensive. We recently bought a home with thirty-year-old cabinets. While the cabinet faces were great (in design) they were very dated in the color scheme. Furthermore, the kitchen had a "desk" - which is always useless. NHance showed us how they could transform the color to a more modern look and update the drawers and cabinet faces with dampened (slow closing) glides and hinges. Brandon, Dennis and Juan all showed up on the designated hour. They were at the house daily; until the job was completed (five days, Mon - Fri). They were always courteous, meticulous and tidy. The refinished faces were installed on Thursday and the new hardware on Friday. The cleanup was very nice. Brandon transformed the unusable kitchen-desk into usable cabinets - matching the existing cabinet look and feel. Brandon did run into a hinge issue. One corner "Pie-wedge-shaped-cabinet" could not accommodate the new hinges. Again, Brandon designed and installed a solution which is invisible to the user and viewer. We love the transformation! However, we now have to replace the black appliances!

We are beyond pleased with the work the men from N-Hance did on our flooring. Our contractor attempted to refinish the floors himself and left them in very, very bad shape. They were rough to the touch, with big yellow streaks and patches of discoloration. In addition the cracks between some boards were caked with poly and several areas never sanded at all! Trevor was very patient in listening to our woes and extremely thorough in analyzing both the problem and coming up with the best solution. The estimate for repairs was higher than the others but in the end, worth every penny. The guys bent over backwards to accommodate our staying in the house during the work. They taped up doors to prevent dust from covering all our belongings. They were respectful of everything in our home and extremely polite. The guys were fun to be around and, unlike so many workers, they cleaned up after themselves. Amazingly, our floors look as though they are new. Miraculous; we highly recommend N-Hance!

Kitchen refresh planning, installation and finish work - all went very well. NHance replaced our upper cabinets and repainted our lower frames adding new drawers and cabinet doors. All with soft close mechanism. They were on time, helpful in option choices, and tweaking small changes with us. Everyone along with installers were friendly and professional. My wood kitchen cabinets that were installed over 12 years ago had some areas where the finish had been damaged, and the area around the handles and draw pulls was sticky from the glaze of the cabinets being worn away. I hired N-Hance to clean,, fix/repair ( areas where the stain was worn) and refinish/reglaze all cabinets and draws in my kitchen. I liked the wood finish and stain color that I had and did not want to paint over the cabinets. However, I wanted the cabinets to look refreshed. N-hace did a great job and delivered what I was looking for. To start, they took one door to their shop and worked to get the stain color right. This ensured the refinished cabinets would look like the original stain. At first the door was too dark, so they took it back to the shop and then got the match perfect. They then removed all the door and draws quickly and neatly. They returned with the finished doors /drawers when promised and rehung all them properly. They replaced any hardware where necessary. The doors and draws have a nice shine to them, they are no longer sticky and the areas where they were worn and stained has been fixed. I am very please with the workmanship from N-Hance. In the few instances where we thought a draw front or door could look better, they immediately and without any questions, took the item(s) back to the shop, and made the change we requested. They worked neatly and efficiently and were very responsive. I would recommend their work.

Last month N-Hance did a refinish to our stained front entry door. Over the 8 years since originally stained and sealed by our painter, it had degraded. There is significant sun exposure. Our N-Hance technician sanded, prepped, color matched, and stained the troubled areas. Then he resealed the entire door and surrounding wood trim areas. We are very satisfied with the work preformed. The test will be how well it holds up. Maybe I will repost in 5 years.

I worked with N-Hance to transform my kitchen. I bought this older home three years ago and knew the Wooden floors and wooden kitchen cabinets were too much for me. Ed was great. Incredibly responsive after my first reach out. I told him what I was thinking, and he showed me other jobs and had materials readily available to put in front of me to sound out options… I wanted the cabinet fronts to have an aged look and I admit, I had a hard time describing it 😊 We went back-and-forth, exchanging pictures, and getting closer to landing on the finish, but not quite there. Ed brought in one of his key guys (Jennings) with a couple of cabinet fronts, who did a couple of custom finishes in front of me so they could get exactly what I wanted. They used that one cabinet door as a template to do my entire kitchen! Ed updated me through the entire process, so I was never wondering about how things were going. I am thrilled how the cabinets came out! Everyone who visits talks about how it looks like an entirely different kitchen now. Thank you again!

Paula, Patrick and Jacob did an excellent job transforming our old kitchen. We had new cabinet doors and drawers installed and painted. Very responsive and easy to work with and the results were excellent. Their painting process is clean and the work is completed quickly. We just need to finish the backsplash to complete our project.

He had committed to a 30 day lead time from the initial deposit to completion of the project and the timing was perfect. Our project involves resurfacing all our kitchen cabinets and building a custom wall to enclose our fridge. Ben and his crew were also willing to plan around our schedule as we have a toddler at home and they were able to perform critical kitchen work while preventing loud noises during our daughters nap time. There was never a time where the crew at Nhance felt like we were asking them of too much and the final project exceeded both my wife and my expectations! This is the 2nd time that I have used N-Hance for cabinet painting. I highly recommend them and you can save money rather than replacing your cabinets. This time I had a large console that needed a color change and they came out and recommended a few colors to go with the area. I turned out just right. It took less than a week from start to finish.

N-Hance did an excellent job 'renewing' our cabinets. Some of our cabinets were severely damaged by water or dogs when we moved in, now the damage is negligible. They look as close to new as you can get!! Mike was easy to work with in setting up the appointment times and took time to discuss the pros and cons of painting vs renewing our cabinets. The crew that came in to complete the work were personable, considerate of our home, cleaned up nicely when they were done, asked if we had any questions before they started and during the job and they actually completed the job sooner than expected. N-Hance of Jacksonville is one of the best companies we’ve ever used. I’m a pretty harsh critic, and I feel like more and more companies let us down nowadays. Not with these guys. They replaced the doors and drawers on our 20+ year old kitchen cabinets. They came every morning for four days (a few hours each morning) to do the job. Initially, we were like, why will this take so long? But after seeing the process and the results, it all makes sense. They measure for your new doors, clean the 20 years of gunk and oils from your cabinets, paint the frames with multiple coats and then a sealant, before installing the new fronts. We paid a little extra to get the drawer boxes (instead of just the fronts) with the soft-close, and it was worth it. Honestly, it looks like we have a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Even better, Jonathan and Michael were exactly on-time every day, consummate professionals and just great to work with. That’s so rare today. Teresa was also a joy to work with. She initially walked us through the process, helped us pick the right style doors, and then was always available throughout the process to answer our questions. We were initially a little apprehensive about the whole process, but are so happy we did this. We love our new cabinets and cannot recommend them enough!

A perfect experience from start to finish! We first started communicating with Lisa from NHance in February. She sent a detailed email with pricing, outlining our choices for our kitchen cabinets. We thought we knew what we wanted and Lisa came to our home to thoroughly explain our choices. When we made our final decision the office immediately called to schedule our measuring. Michael measured and showed us the color samples. In less than two weeks our new doors and drawer fronts were installed. From the time we made our deposit to the install, it was under 4 weeks.
